Getting started
Invite Talksy
Add Talksy to your server . You need Manage Server permission. When the bot joins, it posts a welcome message with one-click setup buttons for admins.
Don’t have admin? Install Talksy to your account instead: /translate and right-click → Apps → Translate Message then work in every server you’re in, with replies only you can see. Auto-translate, routes and glossary need the server install.
Get your first translation
React to any message with a flag emoji — 🇫🇷 🇪🇸 🇰🇷 🇯🇵. Talksy replies with the translation in that language. No account and no command needed.
Turn on inline auto-translate (admins)
/server enable
/server channel add #generalThis allows translation in #general. Nothing happens yet: each member decides for themselves in the next step.
Members choose their language
/talksy spanishFrom now on, that member’s messages in allowed channels are posted in Spanish as well, under their own name and avatar. /talksy off stops it; /talksy spanish stealth:on deletes the original and keeps only the translation.
Want a whole channel mirrored into another language for everyone, with no per-member setup? That’s a channel route or a channel group.
