Member limits reset on the 1st of each month. Members of a Pro-sponsored server bypass their personal caps.
Who is limited: the member or the server?
- Inline auto-translate,
/translate, Translate Message and flag reactions count against the member who used them. - Route deliveries count against the server — never against any member.
How Pro attaches to a server
Pro belongs to a person, and it is linked to a server the first time that person adds a route or creates a group there. From then on every admin of the server can add unlimited routes and groups.
Two things follow from that:
- Inviting the bot does not make a server Pro. If a free admin adds the server’s first route, the server is on the free tier until the Pro subscriber adds a route once.
- The link is checked live. If the subscription lapses, the server drops to the free tier automatically and resubscribing restores it instantly.
Admin capped at 1 route on a server where “someone has Pro”? Ask that person to run /server route add once on the server. That’s the link.
